WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

There are no returns. Exceptions are if your Item is damaged by mail or otherwise not stated from the Pilsen Design website, ex. (rip on a shirt) Please message me within one week of sale. Any and all inquires I'm sure can be resolved. Simply drop me a line otherwise enjoy your product!

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

No we do not accept Gift Cards at this time. It's a good idea though for something we can add in the future once the ball is rolling. If there's other features you want available let me know!

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently we accept Credit Cards or PayPal. Please allow time to clear. If there's an alternative method of payment you wish to use or proceed with message me first.
